In 2008 Patrick received awards from both the California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties for his outstanding service in the real estate industry.

Jenny T. Pham

Jenny joined California Real Estate & Mortgage in 2009 with the vision to help struggling homeowners avoid foreclosure and to provide sufficient guidance to homebuyers on the home buying process. Licensed by the California Department of Real Estate, Jenny is an active member of several national and local real estate associations: NAR, CAR, and SDAR (National, California and San Diego Association of Realtors).

Prior to being a real estate broker, Jenny was an auditor at a regional CPA firm in California, thus bringing professionalism and strong ethical standardscome with her to the real estate field. In addition, grass does not grow under Jenny’s feet. She is very proactive in getting things done the right way for her clients with her client’s satisfaction being her number one priority.

Zachary joined California Real Estate and Mortgage in 2008 specializing in short sale properties. Zachary holds a degree in Psychology with a minor in Real Estate from San Diego State University (SDSU). While attending Zachary served on the Board of Directors for the Real Estate Society of SDSU as the Career Development Chair.

Alexander S. Hale
Certified General Appraiser

Alex is Certified General Appraiser licensed to appraise any type of real property regardless of the complexity of the assignment or dollar value of the real estate being appraised. Alex retired as branch manager of all construction operations in Monterey and San Benito counties in 1992 but continues to be a licensed General Engineering, General Building Contractor and Real Estate Appraiser. He has been classified by the court as an expert witness on more than one occasion in matters of general engineering construction and general building construction. His first-hand knowledge and experience in these areas makes it easy for him to recognize quality differences in structures, topographies and amenities.

Matthew S. Nelson
Financial Consultant

Matthew joined California Real Estate and Mortgage in 2007, determined to connect with communities and their residents who require quality real estate services and investment guidance. He holds his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from San Diego State University (SDSU) and continues to be an active member of the Enviro-Business Society of SDSU (Club e3) focusing on transportation issues on-campus and in the San Diego region.
 
In November 2007 Matthew was elected to serve as the East Village Residential Tenant Representative of Downtown San Diego on the Centre City Advisory Committee (CCAC).
